What is Revamp Sign?
Revamp Sign is the electronic signature tool built into Revamp365, the AI-native, all-in-one platform for real estate investors. Professionals use it to send contracts and agreements for signature, and the people they work with use it to sign online.
Is Revamp Sign legitimate?
Yes. Revamp Sign is a product of Revamp365. A genuine request is sent by a person or company you're doing business with, and its link opens on revamp365.ai or revampsign.com. See how to verify a signing request.
Why did I get a signing request?
Someone who uses Revamp365 added you as a signer on a document, usually a buyer, seller, investor or agent you're working with on a property. If you don't recognize the sender or the deal, don't sign. Contact them using details you already have.
Do I need an account, an app, or to pay anything?
No. Your document opens through a private, expiring link sent just to you, so there's nothing to sign up for or download, and signing is free. We'll never ask you to pay or to log in with your email password. If a page does, close it.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. The signing page works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers.
Is an electronic signature legally binding?
In the United States, the federal ESIGN Act and state electronic-transaction laws generally give electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten ones, with some exceptions. Read our guide to e-signature law. It's general information, not legal advice.
My link says it has expired or is no longer valid. What now?
Signing links expire for your protection, and a link stops working if the sender voids the document. Ask the sender to send you a new link.
It says it's not my turn to sign yet.
Some documents have to be signed in a set order. You'll be notified when it's your turn, once the people before you have finished.
What if I don't want to sign?
You can decline from the signing page and add a reason if you like. Declining stops the document for everyone. If something in the document looks wrong, talk to the sender first. They can send a corrected version.
Can I change the document before I sign?
No. You can only fill in the fields meant for you. If the terms need to change, ask the sender to update the document and send it again.
Will I get a copy of what I signed?
Yes. Once everyone has signed, each signer with an email address is sent the completed PDF, and you can also download it from the signing page.
Who can see my document?
The sender and the other people they asked to sign. Your link is unique to you, so please don't forward it to anyone.
How is my information protected?
Links are cryptographically signed and expire, pages load only over encrypted connections, and each document keeps an audit trail. See security at Revamp Sign.
